Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.

Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email the unboxing video at info.apsarasaree23@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery; without it, returns will not be accepted.

No returns for size/fit issues, minor colour variations, print/design differences.

We’ll share return pickup / drop details. ₹200 flat return shipping fee applies.
Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)
We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or defective. To raise an exchange request, please email us at info.apsarasaree23@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video by the deadline.
